James Blunt returns to Australia next week for a celebratory tour marking 20 years since the release of his debut album Back To Bedlam. Following a sold-out national tour in 2024, Blunt fulfills his promise to return Down Under with a full performance of the multi-platinum album, alongside a greatest hits set.

Back To Bedlam includes iconic tracks like “You’re Beautiful,” “Goodbye My Lover,” “High,” and “Wisemen.” The album reached #1 on the ARIA charts, went 8× Platinum in Australia, and sold over 12 million copies worldwide.

James Blunt is a British singer-songwriter, musician, and former Army captain best known for his global hit “You’re Beautiful” and his record-breaking debut album Back to Bedlam. Born James Hillier Blount on 22 February 1974 in Tidworth, England, Blunt served in the British Army during the Kosovo War before launching his music career in 2004.

His debut album Back to Bedlam became the best-selling album of the 2000s in the UK, featuring chart-topping singles like “You’re Beautiful” and “Goodbye My Lover.” The album has sold over 14 million copies worldwide, earning multi-platinum certifications across Europe, Australia, and North America.

Blunt has released seven studio albums, including All the Lost Souls, Moon Landing, and Who We Used to Be (2023). He’s received two Brit Awards, two MTV Video Music Awards, five Grammy nominations, and an Ivor Novello Award for songwriting. Known for his self-deprecating humor and candid storytelling, Blunt has cultivated a loyal global fanbase and a strong social media presence.
