Tony Hadley (Spandau Ballet) Australian Tour Commences This Month

Tony Hadley, the former frontman of Spandau Ballet, begins his Australian tour this month, bringing his signature 80s sound back to audiences across the country. The run opens on the Gold Coast on 10 March before moving through Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Castlemaine and Adelaide, with the final shows taking place in Perth on 20 and 21 March. Several dates have already sold out, reflecting strong demand for his return.

The tour highlights Hadley’s four decades in music, with a setlist built around Spandau Ballet classics such as True, Gold, Only When You Leave and Round & Round, alongside material from his solo career. He performs with his long‑time Fabulous TH Band, known for delivering polished, full‑band arrangements that stay true to the original recordings while giving them a fresh live energy.

Hadley’s return follows a series of well‑received shows earlier in the year, which helped build anticipation for the national tour. Fans across Australia have responded enthusiastically, with many venues reporting brisk ticket sales and premium packages selling quickly. The March dates are expected to draw large crowds, particularly in Perth, where the tour concludes with two back‑to‑back performances.
