Corrella Set to Bring the Heat to Australia
Live Nation has today announced a 2027 headline tour from Corrella, one of Aotearoa’s fastest-rising reggae exports! Corrella will link up with rising US stars The Elovaters – the Boston-formed roots-reggae outfit fresh off a sold-out headline show at Colorado’s iconic Red Rocks Amphitheatre – for a run of shows across Australia this January and February.
The tour will commence on Sunday 24 January at The Wool Exchange in Geelong before heading to Wollongong, Newcastle, Burleigh, Sunshine Coast, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and Fremantle, before concluding at The River in Margaret River on Sunday 7 February.
An artist presale will commence on Thursday 8 October at 12pm, running until Friday 9 October at 9am.

The tour is a huge coup for Australian fans and for Corrella, it’s the perfect pairing. The band – fronted by rhythm guitarist and hype man Te Naawe Tupe alongside vocalists Pipiwharauroa and Ngawaiwera Campbell – have spent the past three years cementing themselves as one of NZ’s most exciting live bands. After spending a record-breaking 50-plus weeks at Number One for for breakout hit ‘Blue Eyed Māori’, they’ve spent the following years touring relentlessly and shared stages with the likes of UB40 and L.A.B. Armed with their latest single ‘Not I’, Corrella will return to Australia with a new collection of songs ready to go.
The Elovaters have built their reputation from dive bars in Boston into a genuine US festival and touring force – their 2018 album Defy Gravity topped both the Billboard and iTunes reggae charts, and their catalogue has now racked up over 600 million streams worldwide. Off the back of their new album Shark Belly Motel, the band played a sold-out headline show at the legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre before heading out on tour with Slightly Stoopid through the U. Now, they’re making the trip across the Pacific for this exclusive run of Australian dates alongside Corrella.
With two acts at the top of their game – one flying the flag for Aotearoa’s roots-reggae scene, the other bringing the sound of the US progressive roots movement all the way from Boston – this tour promises some of the biggest reggae-inspired shows Australia will see all summer.

ABOUT CORRELLA
Quickly making a name with their sun-soaked reggae-inspired sound, Corrella have become a new favourite on the Aotearoa music scene. Their sleeper-hit single ‘Blue Eyed Māori’ announced their arrival, with them continuing to cement themselves as one of the hottest live bands in the country.
Named for the naval-base where the band met, 2023 saw the release of their debut album, Road From 26. The album is a powerful, modern & outright vibe which takes the listener on a journey from Corrella’s past to present. With their signature feel-good roots-reggae, the album saw them incorporating funk, soul & pop-rock sounds throughout.
One of the standouts from the album, the track ‘Blue Eyed Māori’ saw the band’s audience grow on the back of this laid-back earworm. The track was one of the most-played songs on NZ radio & one of the most-streamed in 2023. The track has since spent over 50 weeks at Number One on the Official NZ Top 20 Singles chart, holding the all-time record for the most weeks at Number One.
November 2024 saw the release of their anticipated new album, Skeletons. Described as an album “packed with roots-reggae anthems primed for summer festival season”, the album was named by Rolling Stone as one of the 50 Best New Zealand Albums of 2024. With their sound of South Pacific-inspired roots/reggae, the release was followed up with festival performances at Rhythm and Vines and Homegrown, plus a run of sold-out shows across Australasia alongside L.A.B. Single ‘How Will I Know’ was one of the most-played songs on NZ radio over that summer, and one of the 10 most-streamed songs in NZ in 2025.
In the time since that release, Corrella have spent 2025 honing their live show, with multiple tours across NZ and Australia, plus performances at NZ’s largest festivals, in addition to supporting acts like UB40 and L.A.B. ‘Under The Covers’ closed out a summer of shows with the first taste of new music, while their new single ‘Not I’ is another defiant anthem of resistance & resilience, thrown through Corrella’s reggae/pop lens.
Driven by rhythm guitarist & hype man Te Naawe Tupe (Ngāi Tūhoe) & vocalists Pipiwharauroa & Ngawaiwera Campbell (Ngāi Te Rangi, Ngāti He, Ngāti Pukenga), 2026 has seen them continue to go from strength to strength as one of the fastest-rising acts in Aotearoa.

ABOUT THE ELOVATORS
Exploding into the American progressive roots scene in 2018 with their #1 Billboard Reggae album Defy Gravity, The Elovaters have quickly become a household name for lovers of Sublime, Jack Johnson, Dave Matthews, Stick Figure and more. Their music has been featured on CBS’ Hawaii Five-O and their song “Boston” was played during the World Series Parade when the Boston Red Sox won in 2018. Several of The Elovaters songs are in heavy rotation on SiriusXM’s “No Shoes Radio,” “Margaritaville,” and “The Spectrum.” They won Artist Of The Year, and Live Act of The Year in the 2022 New England Music Awards, and a few months later were voted Reggae/Ska Artist of The Year in the Boston Music Awards. Their 5th studio album, Shark Belly Motel, will be released on Ineffable Records May 15, 2026.
