HOME BREW PRESENTS LAST WEEK – AUSTRALIAN TOUR KICKS OFF THIS WEEK
MELBOURNE, AUSTRALIA (OCTOBER 6, 2026) – Live Nation has today announced Sollyy and Shaskey as special guests for the Australian leg of Home Brew presents Last Week, with Melbourne and Brisbane now sold out and final tickets remaining for Sydney and Fremantle.
Sydney-based rapper, DJ and producer Sollyy will join Home Brew in Melbourne, Brisbane and Sydney, while emerging Aotearoa/Australia hip-hop artist Shaskey will join the tour in Fremantle.
Home Brew will perform their legendary EP Last Week live in full, alongside fan favourites from across their celebrated catalogue. The four-date run marks the iconic Aotearoa hip-hop group’s first Australian headline shows in over a decade, beginning at 170 Russell in Melbourne this Thursday 8 October, before heading to The Triffid in Brisbane on Friday 9 October, Liberty Hall in Sydney on Saturday 10 October and Metropolis Fremantle on Sunday 11 October.

Sollyy seeks to redefine the bounds of modern hip-hop as a multifaceted DJ, rapper and producer based in Sydney, Australia. His DIY-yet-pop approach is evident in tongue-in-cheek lyricism, distorted R&B samples and a blog-rap influenced aesthetic capturing the hearts and minds of a growing Australian youth subculture. He founded the Sydney party Hotter Out West and has opened for acts including 454, Wiki, Joey Valance & Brae, Jyoty and Jarreau Vandal. His music has been featured by Pitchfork, triple j, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Soulection Radio, Stone Island, ABC Breakfast and Channel Nine’s Today Show. The release of his debut album I LEFT MYY HEART OUT WEST generated a cult following, earning a Spotify editorial playlist cover and an Apple Music feature slot. Widespread fan support culminated in a sold-out co-headline show with fellow Sydney artist Zion Garcia, capping off a successful national tour.
Shaskey is an emerging voice in Aotearoa/Australia hip-hop, known for grounded authenticity shaped by his Gisborne roots and sharpened through the creative energy of Wellington and Auckland City. His music blends smooth, melodic rap with sharp lyricism and refined production. With a recent chart placement following the release of his collaborative project CoDependence with AKLMADZ, as well as a finals position in Pass The Mic, Shaskey stands out as a versatile artist capable of delivering both intimate studio recordings and engaging, energetic live performances.
Home Brew are one of Aotearoa’s most beloved hip-hop groups, rising to equal parts greatness and infamy through their extensive run of EPs through the early 2010s and culminating in their now-classic #1 self-titled debut. The band re-entered the charts with their brand-new album Run It Back in 2023, securing them a raft of new fans.
Their aggressively DIY ethos has endeared them to many in the New Zealand Hip-Hop music scene, andthey have cemented their place in history as one of the country’s most authentic, uncompromising acts.
